2.Auto release paper glue trap machine brief introduction
 
The automatic sticking release paper equipment produced by our company is a special equipment for producing sheet glue and automatic lamination of release paper. This equipment can produce cockroach board, sticky insect board, white card sticky mouse board and other products that need to be glued and then laminated with release paper. The whole set of equipment is controlled by servo motor and PLC. It is an equipment with simple operation, high speed and high efficiency, and precise control.
 
3.Auto release paper glue trap machine working principle
 
The whole stack of sheets is sent out by the paper feeder, glued by the glue gun, and then reaches the release paper wheel after running forward and self-cooling. When the laminating part detects the cardboard, the release paper pressure wheel will send out the required length of the release paper, and the cutter wheel will cut the release paper, and at the same time, the release paper will be laminated with the cardboard. The laminated products are transported out through the production line conveyor belt. If you are making cockroach house products, you can also add a folding and compacting line. After the product is glued and laminated, the product is transported to the hemming line through the turntable for the hemming process, and then enters the compacting line for compaction, and then Conveyed by the production line conveyor belt.
