This series corrugated paperboard separating paper rolling line cutting corner opening slot machine, is a comprehensive production equipment which integrate several process such as cutting corner, rolling line and slicing side, the main characteristic is feeding single paperboard by hand, general flexural paperboard is applicable too.

Slotting tool apron can be turned 360 degree positive and reverse, circularly adjusted, adopt motor micro-adjusting equipment, convenient to operate, accurate adjusted size, locking reliable and slotting accuracy. Taiwan showdown brake motors,coded pulse monitor, sensitive andaccurate, microcomputer show, memory is memory and automatic zero
adjustment phase (choose) function. Slotted synchronized adjustments on the line and save time. Lubricating system adopt the type of spraying self-lubricate.

Corrugated carboard become finished corrugated carton box in flat shape through slotter , edge cutter and creasing , finished product can be corton box by manual.

Creasing and slotter can be adjustable at the same time , when adjust slotter roller , creasing roller will move accordingly.

Creasing and slotter should be adjusted separatly.

1. Vaccum adsorption paper feeding and frenquency conversion of suction - Guarantee the thin board and the bend board convey stablility and accurately.

2. Rotary large diameter rubber gasket roll with imported YOuLi brand knife for cutting and slotting - No tiny fur after slotting.

3. Elastic paper plastic shaft - not destory the strength of the corrugated paperboard.

4. Rubber roller cutting repair mechanism - rubber gaskit can be used repeatedly.
