I. Brief introduction for insect glue trap making machine
The sticky insect board machine manufactured by our company is a special equipment for producing sticky insect board. Glue compounding, slitting, punching, and counting can be done all at once on this equipment. This equipment is simple and convenient to operate, and it is a high-speed, efficient and stable equipment.
2. Working principle
Install one roll of base material and two rolls of release paper on the material roll of the machine, and pass through the transition wheel of the machine in turn, and the main drive rubber wheel reaches the cutter. Two sets of glue guns apply glue on the release paper or the silicone oil surface of the release film at the same time, and at the same time fit the substrate, the cutter cuts it into single sheets according to the set length, and the finished product is punched through the punching device.

1.. Counting extension cord size: 300*98.5 (including work surface) * (70-95 adjustable) cm; 2.. Equipment power supply: AC380V; 3.. Standard configuration of 80 kg capacity glue melter, double gear pump, double motor and double inverter; 4.. Standard Mitsubishi PLC; 5. Use Panasonic servo motor; 6. Three sets of magnetic powder clutch and air shaft; 7. Three sets of ultrasonic correction systems, which can sense any color including transparent film, both transparent release film and conventional release paper can be used; 8. Maximum unwinding diameter: ¢800mm (400-500mm is recommended for easy operation);
9.The maximum width of the raw material roll: 300mm, the maximum glue width is 290mm;
10. Air pressure source: 5-7kgf/cm²; 11. When producing double-sided armyworm yellow or blue board, the speed is more than 20,000 pieces per hour (without punching), and the punching speed is more than 10,000 pieces per hour; 12. It can be equipped with an automatic winding machine for the production of sticky sticky tape; 13. Other specifications can be customized.
