Overview

The sticky insect board machine manufactured by our company is a special equipment for the production of sticky insect board. Glue compounding, slitting, punching, and counting can be done all at once on this equipment. This equipment is easy and convenient to operate, and it is a high-speed, efficient and stable equipment.

Working principle

One roll of base material and two rolls of release paper are respectively installed on the material roll of the machine, pass through the transition wheel of the machine in turn, and the main drive rubber wheel reaches the cutting knife. Two sets of glue guns apply glue to the release paper or the silicone oil surface of the release film at the same time, and at the same time fit the substrate, the cutter cuts it into single sheets according to the set length, and completes the finished product after punching through the punching device.
