The semi-automatic laminating machine is a dual-purpose machine for pre-coated film and non-coated film. It is a post-printing equipment for composite processing of pre-coated film (non-coated film) and printed products. The main machine adopts PLC control, variable frequency speed regulation, touch screen display, high degree of automation, stable operation, stable and reliable paper feeding, convenient automatic pressure adjustment, and heating adopts 320# thermal oil constant temperature heating, and the temperature is uniform and reliable. This machine adopts a built-in thermal oil chrome-plated mirror heating roller with a diameter of 320mm, and is equipped with a unique paper anti-bending device. The printed products after lamination and slitting are straight and not bent. The composite glue shaft is hydraulically driven, and the pressure is stable and reliable. This machine adopts an automatic breaking device, and the slitting roller is driven by a cylinder. The products produced by it have significant advantages such as good adhesion, high transparency, and strong three-dimensional sense. This machine has advanced design, reasonable structure, stable performance, beautiful appearance, small footprint, simple operation, long service life, and convenient maintenance.
