Corrugated Cardboard, Water ink, printing plates, die-cutting tools, air compressor
2.Machine structure
1) Lead edge feeder part
【1】electric control machine from the alarm bell, continuous ringing warning, to ensure the safety of workers.
【2】drive shaft with friction clutch, to avoid misuse and damage to the machine.
【3】pneumatic interlock device.

【8】 steel pipe surface wrapped with wear-resistant rubber, and do the balance correction.
【9】 rubber in the special high grinding, ink transfer effect is good. Quick clearance fine-tuning self-locking device to ensure uniform ink. The amount of uniform ink system, the conversion effect is good, to extend the life of rubber roller.

Upper shaft
[1] Up slot knife shaft diameter 176mm , knives seat diameter 525mm
[2] Crease roller shaft diameter 110mm , crease wheel diameter 180mm
[3] The lower cutter shaft diameter is 156mm, and the lower cutter diameter is 280mm.
[4] The lateral movement of the cutter head and the pressure roller is synchronous electric adjustment.
[5] Each slotted tool holder is traversed with anti-collision protection device.

Cutter roll (lower roll)
[1] The outer diameter is ￠487mm (without die).
[2] The surface of the cast iron material is ground, hard chrome plated, balance correction, increase the running stability.
[3] The distance between the screw holes of the knife mold is 100mm in the axial direction and 18 equally in the radial direction. Applicable cutter height is 25.4mm.
[4] Thickness of wood template: 16mm (for three-layer cardboard) 13 mm (for five-layer cardboard)
Rubber pad roller (upper roller)
[1] The outer diameter is ￠434.2mm, and the rubber pad size is ￠450.
[2] Quick-change rubber pad, wear-resistant and long life.
[3] The surface of the cast iron material is ground and hard chrome plated.
[4] Balance correction, increase the running stability.
[5] The thickness of the rubber pad is 9m. Width 250mm. Mechanical type horizontal 40mm swimming device. (Adjustable swimming speed)
