3.Corrugated Carton Box Flexo Printing Die Cutting Slotting Packing Machine Automatic Box Printer Machine introduction 

 

 

Flexographic printing presses use highly fluid inks, which are transferred to the image and text of the printing plate by the ink fountain rubber roller and the anilox roller, and then the printing roller applies printing pressure to transfer the ink on the printing plate to the substrate, and finally the printing process is completed through the drying surface. Its characteristic is that the machine has a simple structure and is easy to operate.
 
whole box making procedure have 3 part First part : 3ply 5 ply 7 ply corrugated paperboard production line , machine function is from craft paper roll to corrugated paperboard . this part we have semi auto production line and fully auto production line , but price is big different . Second part : Printer slotter die cutter . machine function is printing color , slotter and die cutter . this part we also have chain feeder type and lead edge auto feeder type Third part : Fold glue machine or stitching machine , machine function is close the carton box
 

4.Leading edge roller feeding system

 

(1) Suction auxiliary paper feeding, - according to different bending conditions of the paperboard, the air volume can be adjusted to ensure smooth paper feeding.

(2) The paper is lifted and the paper is driven by the cylinder, which is quick and labor-saving.

(3) Adopt the leading edge roller feeding system.

(4) The side baffle and the rear baffle position are electrically adjusted; the front baffle gap is manually adjusted.

(5) Separate sheet feeding device (Continuous or sheet feeding can be selected as needed). (6) Paper feed counter, set and display the production quantity.
