1.Machine main introduction 

 

(1) The electric control machine is equipped with an alarm bell, and the bell is continuously ringed during the journey to ensure the safety of the workers.
(2) Pneumatic interlocking device.
(3) The main motor adopts frequency conversion motor, frequency conversion control, energy saving, stable start, and motor start protection device.

 

2, Leading edge roller feeding system

 

(1) Suction auxiliary paper feeding, - according to different bending conditions of the paperboard, the air volume can be adjusted to ensure smooth paper feeding.

(2) The paper is lifted and the paper is driven by the cylinder, which is quick and labor-saving.

(3) Adopt the leading edge roller feeding system.

(4) The side baffle and the rear baffle position are electrically adjusted; the front baffle gap is manually adjusted.

(5) Separate sheet feeding device (Continuous or sheet feeding can be selected as needed). (6) Paper feed counter, set and display the production quantity.

 

3.Paper feed roller

 

(1) The outer diameter of the upper roller is φ100 mm.
(2) High-quality seamless steel, wrapped with wear-resistant rubber, and balance correction.
(3) The lower roller φ124 mm embossed hard chrome plated, and balance correction.
(4) The paper feed roller clearance dial is manually adjusted, the adjustment range is 0-12 mm.
(5)Automatic zero device (1) The paper feed unit, the printing unit, and the slotted unit are electrically reset to zero.
(6) The general carton uses the automatic zeroing device, the test prints two can be adjusted to the correct position, reducing paperboard waste.
