Introduction:
The machine uses front scoring to feed the paperboard smoothly, which helps ensure that the paperboard is aligned correctly for the production process. Following this, there are two rubber rollers at the back of the machine that guide the paperboard as it moves forward, further enhancing the movement of the paperboard.
The slitting part of our product is crafted using only the highest quality tungsten steel blade, ensuring that it remains sharp and durable for a long time. The blade slices through materials effortlessly, leaving behind a neat and tidy cut that doesn't require any additional effort or tools to smooth or sharpen. Additionally, the blade is designed with an anti-pressing and anti-burr feature, ensuring that the cut edges remain smooth and undamaged.
Scoring part: adopts 5 points scoring, scoring distance inphase adjustment, blazoning and easy to bend carton sheet.Electric control lifting and error correction, easy to operate, suitable for different requirements.
Grinding part: adopt automatic and manual two kinds of pneumatic grinding type, it could be grinding while working, improving work efficiency.
