Vacuum feeding section , glue and folding section ,counter and stacker section,plc digital speed control,remote speed control touch screen control system for easy and accurate operation.it can realize automatic feeding, automatic folding and gluing, automatic counting, and automatic stacking output,front and rear synchronous dual operation,average speed is 120m/min, the maximum speed can reach 160m/min,with order storage memory function,efficient energy conservation and environmental protection is our highest pursuit.

Glue Folding section:
Simpless structure and high reliability, glue quantity adjustable, cleaningeasily.stainless steel glue wheel adopted, long life saving glue costimported quality rubber belt feeding the paperboard and the usinglife can be longer;
With paperboard rectify device and creasing rectify device creaserwheel adjustable, suit for 2-8mm thick paperboard;
Second creasing struction can impress again the paperboardwhich was not creased well.
Counter Stacker section:
Stacking and counting are simple and reliable;
Digital control ,operation easily and reliable. No-stop put in data and automatic counting;
With rectification function;
Paperboard counting and put out by pneumatic,atable and quickly.
