Thin Blade Slitter Scorer Machine Description
This is a cardboard slitting machine for cardboard mills equipped with tungsten coated thin knives that provide precise cuts and zero edge scrap. It can also creasing the cardboard to make it easy to fold into cartons.
Whether it is a corrugated cardboard production plant or a corrugated box manufacturer, this machine is indispensable. This machine can increase or decrease knives according to production needs, so as to achieve the purpose of customization.
There are also matching accessories to choose from.Automatic paper feeding system and automatic paper receiving and stacking platform can be optional.
Thin Blade Slitter Scorer Machine Applications
- Slitting part: adopt high quality tungsten steel blade, sharp and long work-life, slice more tidy, non-pressing and non-burr.
- Adopt 8 shafts design, two shafts in front and back of the slitter, can minimize the length of paperboard machining to 260mm.
- 8 shafts with front-scoring feeding,back double rubber rollers for paper leading, running more steady.
- Scoring part: adopt 5 points scoring, scoring distance in-phase adjust, blazonry and easy to bend the carton sheet.
- Grinding part: adopt automatic and manual two kinds pneumatic grinding type, it could be grinding when working, improve work efficiency.
- Make all shafts, rollers and wallboard thicker to 38mm for machine size bigger than 3m.
- All the chain wheels material is #45 steel.
- Main motor is 7.5kw excitation motor for machine size bigger than 3m.
- Blade & scorer both move by electric is optional for your choosing.
