Carton Box Stitching Machine Description
- Schneider france original import four servo motor drive ,high precise with few mechnical driving part ,reduce the machine damage.
- The whole machine control system use the omron plc control system.
- The contactor in the control box adopt simense brand.
- Displayand circuit breaker adopt schneider ,pohto electric switch and proximity switch adopt omron branch .
- Bottom mould and blade adopt japan tungsten steel.
- Whole stiching head adopt special steel to make , computer digital processed.
- Change the size only need one minute to finish,same as changing the stiching distance.
- Can stich box with lid or box no lid ( when customer need the stiching no lid box must special order ).
- With automatic counting function in the back part ,the finished carton can be delivery to the end by pile ( as the setting number 1-99) ,it is convinnet to strap.
- Mechanic speed :600nail/min.
- Stiching distance 30-150mm, can be adjustabel .
- Two funcion in one machine , can stich single ,double carton ,not normal carton 13.Size adopt whole electric type to control,changing size only need 2-3 mins.
- Can stich strengthen wire , single stapler ,double line stich, finish on one time 15.Feeding part can automatic count ,finsiehd product send out wait strap.
- Sutable for midium and samll type carton ,stich quick and easy.
- The computer set and automatic adjust the distance of stiching ,the stich distance is 20-120mm can be ajusted.
- Adopt computer screen to show the damage instruction.
- No lid box can be stich( special order ).
- Suitable for 3 ply 5 ply 7ply (when use it on 7ply ,customer should order i advance).
- Automatic wire feed system ,no wire alarm, 20kg big dics wire ,can save time.
- Whole machine electrical part adopt Isolated Transformer.
- Adopt 4 servo motor ( 2 head motor, 2 control stich distance motor ).
