Folder gluer machine mainly including three parts:
1) paper auto feeding part (Vacuum feeding )
2)glued folding part
3) Auto stacker part (with counter function )
Digital display is adjusted, PLC computer amplitude modulation, double frequency conversion synchronous operation, simple,reliable and precise control mode, automatic paper feeding, automatic glue folding, Automatic counting, automatic stacking output,average sticking speed of 150 m / min, maximum speed of 200 m / min, high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection,is our highest pursuit.
Box Folder Gluer Machine Feeding section :
1.vacuum suction feeding to feed warping paperboard easily
2. quality electromagnetic cluth and brak adopted ,feeding section controled independent ,operation easily
3. scorer wheel adjustable ,suit for 2-8mm thick paperboard
4. second creasing struction can impress again the paperboard which was not creased well
