• Feeding Unit

​★Leading edge paper feeding adopt Vacuum adsorpton,trequency conversion control ar voume,increase paperboard conveying stability and accuracy.
★ Quick-change paper feeding roller mechanism, wrapped in sot ruober,durable, easy maintenance.
★ Let and rght bafles and rear pallets are all computer controlled, precision guding mechanism, displacement, wih side shooting function.

• Printing Unit

​★ Ratchet type quick-hanging device, full plate of the hanging groove, suitable for 9mm hanging strips, with foot switch electric control positive and negative.
★ Clean plate memory,automatic reset system.
★ Optional: scraper and ceramic anilox roller distributing ink type.
★ Optional:tit corection device,the tit error when glue plate on printing roller can be quickly corrected on the plate roller.

• Slotting Uit

​★ Aloy steel material is heat treated and ground with serrated slot blade,good hardness and toughness.
★ Pressure wheel,blade holder traverse move, phase adjustment, resetetc. All adopt computer control (automatic or manual) electric control, change orders quickly.
★ Medium knife lateral displacement structure, wide adaptability toproduction.

★ Optional: double-pole double-axis slotting unit.

• Die Cutting Unit

​★ Equipped with imported quick change type polyurethane rubber, easy to change, with one-way clutch as linear velocity compensation function, Ensures the rubber wear before and wear after die cut out the cardboard is same.
★ In the work, the die-cut rubber roller mat is mechanically spirally left and right automatically traversed (±20mm),so that the notch marks are not repeated, and the life of the rubber is extended.
