Machine Feature:
1. The adjustment of carton box size and the distance of stitching only need one minute on touch screen which save time and make operation easily.
2. Equipped with photo-electric sensor for the paper feeding table and automatic lifting when feeding carton.
3. With the automatic counting function at the back part, the finished carton can be delivery to the conveying device by stack as the setting number (1--99) which is convenient for bundle.
4. The Gap of carton press rubber wheel can be electric adjustment.
5. Automatic wire feeding system, 20 kg flat wire holding, saving time.
6. The computer can store 1000 orders.

Product Description
1. Schneider france original import four servo motor drive ,high precise with few mechnical driving part ,reduce the machine damage.
2.The whole machine control system use the omron plc control system.
3.The contactor in the control box adopt simense brand.
4.Displayand circuit breaker adopt schneider ,pohto electric switch and proximity switch adopt omron branch .
5.Bottom mould and blade adopt japan tungsten steel.
6.Whole stiching head adopt special steel to make , computer digital processed.
7.Change the size only need one minute to finish,same as changing the stiching distance.
8.Can stich box with lid or box no lid ( when customer need the stiching no lid box must special order ).
9.With automatic counting function in the back part ,the finished carton can be delivery to the end by pile ( as the setting
number 1-99) ,it is convinnet to strap.
