2.Partition slotter machine function
When packaging products in carton boxes, multiple products are usually placed in a carton. In order to avoid collisions between products, cardboard partitions are placed between products when placing products.
Partition slotter machine has 6 working shafts. The first pair of shafts transports cardboard. The eccentric right handle of the shaft can be adjusted according to the thickness of the board. The second pair of shafts is the grooving spindle. The right handle can be eccentrically adjusted according to the thickness of the cardboard to cut the cardboard groove. The third pair of shafts transports the processed cardboard out of the machine, and a pressure plate presses the cardboard to prevent the cardboard from being picked up by the wheel cutter. There are six more razor knives to clean out the cut paper scraps at any time to prevent the pressure and gambling from affecting production.

4.Partition slotter Operation and maintenance
Before connecting to the power supply, check whether the electrical system is intact and whether the motor is damp and leaking. Connect the power supply to allow the motor to run idling, and check whether the motor is running in the correct direction.
