Production process editor
Put a piece of cardboard in the binding part by the technician according to the thickness of the cardboard, set the binding pressure, adjust the width of the nail box support according to the length and thickness of the cardboard;
When the thickness of the cardboard is too thick, the staff should be arranged to properly press the contracting place so that the paper is no longer crushed when the binding is made;
According to the requirements of the production notice, the nails should be nailed along the center of the lap joint and the deflection should not exceed 3mm.
The nail distance is even, the distance between the first and last nails is 20mm from the upper and lower lines, the single nail distance is not more than 55mm, and the double nail distance is not more than 75mm.
