1. What is the Single facer corrugated board production line used for ?
Single Facer is the main machine for producing the corrugated paperboard. make single face corrugated board from flat craft paper Vacuum suction model single facer has very good production precision. The choose of the machine is directly effecting the quality of the corrugated paperboard.
Note : This machine can also make 3 layer 5 layer 7 layer when work together with gluing machine and pressing machine
2.What is the main structure for Single facer group and working principle ?
This line including paper mill roll stand and single facer machine
Step one : Make craft paper to mill roll stand
Step two :Heat the corrugated layer by heating shaft
Step three :Make the flat paperboard to corrugated board by corrugated shaft
Step Four : Gluing top wave by glue shaft and make this two pieces paper to monolayer corrugated board
3.Single Facer corrugated board production line characters
1)Cover vacuum suction.
2)Corrugating roll is made of high quality alloy steel 48CrMo, the surface is medium-frequency quenched and chrome-plated. Hardness can reach HRC55~60, which ensures good wear-resistance and long life service.
3)No gear transmission.
4) Glue roll is lifted and lowered pneumatically.
5) Independent glue clean device and electric glue-separate board to control the width of glue.
6) Manually regulate or electrically regulate the display device.
7) Lubricated by high temperature lubricate grease.
8)Surface of all dancing rolls and preheating rolls is grinded and chrome-plated.
9)Pressure roll is medium- frequency quenched and chrome-plated.
10)Width 1400mm~2000mm.
11) Preheating rolls, pressure rolls and corrugating rolls all meet the National Standard of Pressure Vessel. Working pressure is 1.1MPa
