1.Main Features for Universal joint single facer

1)Immersed / closed gear box lubricating to reduce noise, universal joint power transmission, to insulate vibration, frequency-changing main motor drive
2)Adjustment of upper corrugating roller, pressure roller, and glue roller, is controlled by pneumatic system
3)Suction blower type paper delivering with air speed adjusting device, to keep good flute shape under high speed running
4)Bearings of upper/lower corrugating roller, and pressure roller, use high-temperature-resist lubrication to keep running smoothly and durably

5)Gluing section applies with automatic, self-circulating glue supply

Single Facer is the main machine for producing the corrugated paperboard.  make single face corrugated board from flat craft paper Vacuum suction model single facer has very good production precision. The choose of the machine is directly effecting the quality of the corrugated paperboard.

Note : This machine can also make 3 layer 5 layer 7 layer when work together with gluing machine and pressing machine 

3.Working principle for 2/3/5/7 layer corrugated paper making 

This line including paper mill roll stand and single facer machine and rotary sheet cutter

Step one : Make craft paper to mill roll stand

Step two :Heat the corrugated layer by heating shaft

Step three :Make the flat paperboard to corrugated board by corrugated shaft

Step Four : Gluing top wave by glue shaft and make this two pieces paper to monolayer corrugated board

Step Five : Cross cutting the corrguated paper to the size you want

Optional Function : Rewinder the finished corrugated paper to paper roll again
